I haven't had a lot to say about my FT920 lately, as I have been playing with my other toy (The FT100). However, I want to comment about the filter kits that have been installed.

Again, the kits work flawlessly. In CW, you basically get the equivalent of four filters... The SSB filters are in use when you are in CW wide mode, so you COULD use the 1.8 with the DSP to get a nice filter combination for casual CW. This requires (of course) a switch kit for SSB filters but it does make a nice side effect of having two kits. In theory, INRAD could come out with a 1 KHz filter and you could have three filters for CW and one SSB filters... there are lots of possibilities.
